HOW LONG WILL A PROJECT TAKE?
The amount of time it takes to complete a project is up to our clients. Common delays we face are because we need new images or contact from the client in order to complete the project.
DO WE NEED TO MEET IN PERSON?
It isn’t necessary. Because a website is a visual product, all of the work can be done online and previewed by you during the design and finalization process. This allows us to work with clients from any location.
ONCE MY SITE IS UP, HOW CAN YOU HELP?
Clients often need to maintain their website, updating it and making necessary changes. Depending on your website, changes may be limited or nonexistent. We also offer training on how to use your new website.
HOW DO I SEND YOU CONTENT?
If you need to send us photographs, text, etc, you may email this content to use directly or by mail. Whichever is easiest. Obviously, email is instant and the fastest.
CAN I SELL PRODUCTS/SERVICES?
Yes. There are several ways to sell products and services through your website. There are several methods for collecting funds from customers, although some methods may require processors and credit approval. We can discuss options with you.
WILL MY SITE BE FOUND ON GOOGLE, etc?
We have the ability to offer this service. Some of our customers want a website to strictly give their company or organization an internet presence. They aren’t looking to gain perspective clients through the ‘web. We design each site as a “basic” website but have no issues implementing SEO into it to assist with improved search engine results.
